Functional Training

Bridging the gap between Physical Therapy and Strength Training. Taking the next step after PT can be challenging. We want you strong, resilient and to be able to hop into any gym space feeling confident.

Prenatal Strength Training

Whether you're new to strength training, been at it for years, this is your first pregnancy or your fourth, Megan will create a program tailored to the stage of pregnancy you are in, and the overall changes that are occurring in your body.

Through her certification as a Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, we will focus on navigating your postural changes, overall strength, movement patterns, core strength, breathing, and pelvic floor. Let us take the guesswork out of what exercises are okay throughout each unique phase of pregnancy for your unique body.

Postpartum Recovery Training

You just had a baby, now what? Your diaphragm just got pushed up, ribs spread out to make room for the baby, abs were on stretch, had some spine compensation, your pelvic floor just handled a bunch of extra pressure, and whole lot more.

It's time to get working on your breath, core, posture and all the imbalances that occurred as you went through your pregnancy journey. We can help!

Transitional Training

Transitional Training is the bridge from physical therapy to the gym. Our goal is to set you up with confidence to get back into the gym without hesitation.

Taking the next step from your physical therapy plan of care, we will continue to progress your treatment of focus while strengthening your whole body.

We also integrate hands on manual work when needed for the days you're stiff, sore or feeling a flare up.

This unique approach combines Megans skills in Physical Therapy, Personal Training, and Massage Therapy.
