Megan Brenneck

Megan (she/her), a former New Yorker, came to Boston in 2013. Since leaving NYC, she has discovered her passions in snowboarding, hiking, exercising, photography and kickball! When not working, you can find Megan ordering most things on a menu surrounded by friends and family (a true extrovert). Her endless curiosity has her seeking out continuing education in both exercise and the prenatal world.

PTA, LMT, CPT, PCES, CFSC

Megan is a 2019 graduate of the Physical Therapy Assistant program at North Shore Community College and a 2013 graduate of the Cortiva Institute in Watertown, MA where she obtained her License in Massage Therapy. Shortly after, she completed Tom Karis’ Orthopedic Massage Therapist Certification course motivating her to focus her massage style on injury management and facilitating postural efficiency. Megan also specializes in Prenatal and Postpartum Massage and has a passion for treating and managing the musculoskeletal changes that occur throughout and after pregnancy.

Megan is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, and a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) through Mike Boyle's Strength & Conditioning (MBSC). She has taken continuing education courses in Functional Manual Therapy (FMT) with the Institute of Physical Art (IPA), the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains, and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation with Herman & Wallace. She has also completed a 50-hour training in the application of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) with the Klose Institute.

Megan has a true passion for treating common and complex musculoskeletal issues utilizing manual therapy and exercise. She believes in educating patients about their bodies and how to help movement become more fluid and efficient through open communication and dialogue. Megan strives to deliver tailored treatment sessions for her patients based on their specific and oftentimes complex individual needs.

While Megan enjoys treating anyone who wants to make lasting change in their physical health, she is passionate about working with powerlifters, fighters trained in the martial arts, and new or expecting parents.
